| AIGAI accepts product returns within 30 days of original product ship date. There are nominal fees for shipping and handling. These fees are as follows: Buyer pays full amount for return shipping. There is a 15% product restocking fee for unopened products and a 25% restocking fee for opened products. Please coordinate with AIGAI before returning an item. |
